Bannockburn Sluicings

Located in Central Otago, New Zealand, this is an area that was extensively gold mined at the end of the 1800′s.

Its kinda impressive to look at since you can see how high the land used to be and this was done without machinery.

There are several mine shafts as well as the general sluicing areas
